You don't install it. It is a PC application you use to sign your ISOs. Just run the .exe on a Windows PC following the instructions from the first post (and probably the readme too, i haven't downloaded it)

Very nice news!!!
here are two hb ISOs which can faked into a demo with iso2eboot i hope it does help a littel

For homebrews it's best to use the 264 mb header, because it works from 5.51, and doesn't have japanese intermission gameboot.
I posted the best headers so far here ;)
Also, iso2eboot needs to be updated now :)

PS: and also, tpu forgot to say, you don't need anymore to extract the icons, sounds from the iso before signing. The fake np fetches them itself :D

you don't need to install anything, just put the two executables in a folder (on your desktop if you want) and in the same folder put the ISO you want to convert (and a PSN EBOOT if you have it), then open command prompt and go in the folder and type fake_np YourGame.iso YourGame.PBP

or drag and drop your ISO with mouse to the fake_np.exe ;) unless you want to use the compression or the custom base.
