Override PSP Limit of 1000 Files, 100 Folders & 2 Subfolder

Well, my photo collections reach, but i am mainly annoyed with 100 subfolder limit.

Besides the topic is not about my problem, its about removing the limit and be free.

I am so sorry guys, I cannot believe I got mixed up with files and folders. When I googled myself I came to know what mistake I did. Posted the wrong information

The correct limit Limits are
=============================
1000 Files per folder
100 Sub folder per folder
2 Level Nested Sub Folder

anyway 1000 files and 100 subfolders are a lot...
i wonder if you tried some homebrew to display pictures, maybe those read stuff from psp in a different way... limitless

You are right, with homebrews like psp filer, these limit are gone, its just the xmb which restricts the number.
I really hope someone, would look into this and create a plugin to remove these stupid limit.

I use two 32 GB cards, it contain my entire photograph collection, my music, I like to keep them language -> album format, and these always exceeds the 100 folder limit, abou the videos, i have a huge collection of youtube videos, music videos, they are over 2000 (call me crazy ).

So, basically, I do need all these files, you never know what you will need, so i believe in carrying them all.

i really hate the 2 subfolder thing. thats the big one for me.

I know what you mean, I was really hoping someone would come up with a solution, but it seems this is not such a major concern for other people.

To say that this isn't worth dealing with, is silly. This is the exact thing that plugins and homebrew were designed to combat, unlocking your PSP. These limits seem absolutely foolish to me. Why would there be a 1000 file limit on the XMB? Is it to like safeguard against some type of overflow or something? Whatever the case, none of these limits apply to, or effect me in any way, but I would still like to see someone tackle this problem. This is the true spirit of what PSP devs live for. Even if a plugin helps a single person, or is installed on a single PSP, it is 100% worth it.
