i know D1, but this is the part I cant understand 
in the
folder which you have RedirPath set to in zerovsh.ini (Default is (root):/PSP/VSH)

just do exactly as it says
make a folder named "VSH" in the "PSP" folder and put whatever your going to be using in the "VSH" folder

the .ini is just the config file and unless you want to change something like where to look for the files
you should just leave it alone
I would encourage you take a look, you never know what you can learn
(just make a back up of it in case you mess something up ^__^)

IDK I dont use this plugin
what exactly does it do if you enable it ?
(I'll take a look at the .ini in a sec)
EDIT: oh that just turns on the PSP Go type slide screen
(IDK how you would go about starting it up on a non Go PSP)
