That's not that simple as it seems. This plugin hooks AddVshItem, which basically loads the items you see in XMB. When the items are loading, it loads that password screen you see.
So it's like a callback, and when you exit a game, this callback gets called because the PSP loads VSH items. ;)
I know how to fix it. I can give you a beta version, but it does not work with PSX = (((

Update topic (2), because I release PassLock v3.

changes:
Fixed a bug where require a password when exiting games or PSX. If you want to access password after exit of game or psx, disable passctrl.prx in game.txt and pops.txt. Thanks xetrin for beta-testing.

So Password is psp startup only?
If we want it after game and ps1, put it in game/pops, right?

So Password is psp startup only?
yes (startup, reset device, restart vsh), but only if you add passlock.prx in all plugins directories...

cwcheat cheat codes doesn't work anymore if passlock.prx is enabled
