here's the changelog (hopefully someone with Japanese knowledge would be kind enough to translate it to English)

■[2012/11/01] Ver 3.63 公開 (Libmenu v1.5 + Libini v1.6)
※しばらくPSPから離れていた為、6.60で動作不可になっていたのに最近気付きました。

【基本動作部分】
・CFW 6.60系に対応した

【メニュー関係】
・名称を変更。("メニューオプション(MenuOption"→"オプション(Option")
・"オプション(Option)"へゲーム中に　MagicSaveのセーブファイル操作関係の全機能を
　有効・無効へ変更出来る"フック(Hook)"の項目追加

【設定ファイル関係】
・起動時の状態からMagicSaveのセーブファイル操作関係の全機能を一時的に無効に出来るオプションを追加
（ゲーム別 設定ファイルについて、"Hook"の項目を参照）

【その他】
・ソースコードを3.63へ更新 (CFW 6.60系でSyscallへのHookで困っている方は hook.c(Find2Syscall) を参照）

  *I was away from the PSP scene for a while, and recently realised that the plugin was incompatible with 6.60
• Basic Changes:
  Made compatible with 6.60 Custom firmwares.
• Menu Changes:
  Changed title ("MenuOption" is now "Option").
  Added option (Hook) to disable/enable all Save Game related functions of MagicSave during gameplay.
• Setting file changes:
  Added option to temporarily disable all functions of MagicSave from startup.
  (for individual game settings, look at "Hook" category)
• Other Changes:
  Updated source code to 3.63 (For those who are struggling with the hook to syscall on 6.60 CFWs, look at hook.c [Find2Syscall])
