Its probably a change of ABI, the only solution that i see is:
a) use the 1.01 JPN eboot in the US version and hack a lot so it can work with the english content. No more probs with dlc.
b) translate the JPN version and play that.
c) Play Monster Hunter instead ;)
Plugin list
Working on: Python (django, sqlalchemy, PyQt, etc) + Lua
Repositories: github, bitbucket, google code
Just feel the code..

Hi all,

First of all, thank you for creating this helpful plugin @Codestation!

However, I'm still having problems getting Gods Eater Burst DLC to work...

I went through all the necessary steps, creating the SEPLUGINS folder, the game.txt etc and enabled the plugin while disabling the NoDRM... It all looks fine, but when I start up the game and try selecting the DLC, it keeps telling me it can't find the data pack... Now, I'm aware you can't play these missions until diff. 9 at least, but I suppose the game should still acknowledge the presence of the data pack, right?

Anyway, I've messed around with this for a good few hours and I'm running out of options. Since this seems the thread most relevant to my issue, I thought I'd try to find answers here, so I'm hoping someone's able to help me out...

I own a PSP 3004 Brite, v6.39 with Pro-B7 CFW installed. I'm using the original GEB European UMD disc, but since I can't access the PSN network, my options are limited to downloading the decrypted GEB DLC. I have read this thread and struggled all the way through honi's sad pleas for assistance, and I'm aware that you can normally only play your OWN decrypted DLC. But: From what I've read on the net, several people have succeeded in making this off-the-net decrypted GEB DLC work for them with nploader. I've tried changing the DLC folder name (ULUS --> ULES) but to no avail.

So, yes, my question is a bit shady perhaps, but since I'm playing the original UMD I don't feel I'm doing anything wrong trying to access another'es decrypted DLC (since it's free anyway). And since this thread-again- seems the most decent and on-topic, I'm hoping some people around here can help me out. Feel free to either post a reply or PM me.

In any case, I'd be very grateful if I could get this to work :-)

Kind regards,

-B

@Subjugator101 - You can't access the PSN through MediaGO either?

No problem. It's actually a really good program for downloading your PSN games (if you don't have wireless internet) and it's a good deal faster than downloading them directly onto your PSP (if you have a decent internet connection).

Hope it helps you out. 8-)

OK - I installed it and found the DLC I'm looking for (plus quite a few others :-))

Only I've forgotten my password and *of course* the PSN account mgmt is down *yet again* for maintenance. Ugh :-/

Anyway, I think I'll eventually be able to access the DLC through here. That way I won't even have to mess around with plugins and all :-)

In case I run into any more trouble, odds are I'll be getting back to you, but I think it'll be fine :-)

+++UPDATE+++
Had a small epiphany and remembered my pw!
I DL'ed the DLC and it works just perfectly! :-)
Odd that there's no Monster Hunter (F1,F2 or FU) DLC at all on our (Belgium) PSN...

Oh well, I'm good for now - thanks again m8!!

I don't think I saw any MH DLC on the US PSN either. my memory is crap though so it might actually be there

Congrats on getting it working and glad I could help you out. 8-)
