Short answer: No.
Long Answer: No. I don't make requests and the encrypted DLC is attached to the PSP so these files that you posted are useless to everybody else.

sir i can run your plugin... i used it on geb usa dlc and gow dlc it seems nothing happen i follow your instruction... the mhp3 japn dlc is working fine.. when i view the save file it is corrupt.. likewise mhp3 i hope u lighten up me... i used the 0.6-debug nothing happen 2 i'm using 6.35 pro-b5

Do it yourself, isn't that hard. Besides, there aren't any public DLC decrypters yet.
