if this is as far as it gets still great. the importamt parts of autoload/save are at least translated

Updated the first post with 1.6. Auto loading/saving now works as intended.

Dialog messages that require an option to be picked (Yes or No) are set by the developers (See the pictures 007 posted). AFAIK manual patches would have to be created to change those and overall that won't be worth it.

Error messages on the other hand are preset by the system. Meaning they can be translated instead of having default Japanese text, but I doubt games will really use error messages anyway so I don't think it matters that much.

Seeing as Omega2058 is hot on getting this plugin fully debugged and that 1.6 looks nice I went ahead and done a bunch of testing. I am glad to report tests went very well.

Hardware used PSP GO & PSP 3000 03g
Firmware versions tested o both 6.20 and 6.60
LCFW builds tested PRO-B10.fix1, PRO-C Feb 1015 Compiled by qwikrazor87, lme 2.3 Rahim_US
Games tested Final Fantasy Type-O, Qix++, Darius burst.
PSP language set to English
Results in autosave screen (pre-game), Homescreen and save screen all as expected!

Both normal and button swap Langswapper 1.6 tested both flawless.

@Omega2058Thanks again for this gift Omega2058!

Only thing that could be added here would be building this into latest PRO-CFW commit but thats probably asking way too much. :D

@Omega2058 only bug I can find is the typo in this filename lol LandSwapperv1.6_(Buttons_Mod).zip

This isnt the subject of this topic but since its active atm and I experienced once again Im asking here; I installed this plugin on PSP-go's internal memory as other plugins, device is on 6.60 lme 2.3 I was testing with Ninja_Katsugeki_Tenchuu_Kurenai_Portable_JPN if I run the game from memory stick plugin isnt working but when run it from internal memory everything is fine.

Whats the reason of this ?

@ali set game.text to ef0 rather than ms0

That should work if not also try putting seplugins on the same memory

ouch I solved, there was a seplugins folder which I use for online play ( since online play plugin doesnt want any other plugin active I was using memory card for atpro.prx and keeping that one plugin there) seems like even if the plugins on ef0 are active if they arent on the list of ms0 plugins folder system deactivating them.

Thanks for the report on the latest version. The filename is now fixed too. That's what happens when you pull all-nighters. :lol:

I wouldn't mind implementing it into PRO, but my hands are full right now. :c

As for the issue with the games, it seems like a device/firmware issue, but I'm honestly not even sure. I've never went out and purchased a M2 memory stick for my GO and I just run it all from my internal storage. Enabling the plugin for both ms0 and ef0 would be the only solution I can think of at this point. o:

You rule!

I was just beginning to play Type-0 on psp , at the same time I'm playing FF XIII on PS3, and the button mapping change of context was very irritating!, the language change on saving was a mild annoyance, but now I can get rid of both, you have done great dude! lot of thanks! :mrgreen:

I am gonna just post this here in case anyone is interested to solve compatibility problems on DS3 Remapper which effects FF type 0 and many jap games. viewtopic.php?f=28&t=39588&start=70#p386749

unfortunately i don't have a pspsdk setup anymore and i don't have the knowledge to fix the bug.
