CXMB 6.61 mod doesn't work either

I've copied the sample theme included with the download, but it doesn't appear in the theme menu after installing and enabling the plugin and then copying to /PSP/THEME.

I tried this, but no dice. Disabled every single VSH, GAME, and POPS plugin I could.
