A way to disable/enable plugins without connect to PC?

Plugin Manager V4 only enables them, i cannot disable plugins with it.

I want to disable plugins without connect PSP to PC.

This is because Remote Joy lite disables any kind (except remote joy itself) of PC-PSP communication. So as long as it is enabled i cannot transfer files between PSP and PC without exist CW.

Is there an alternate plugin apart of plugin manager that allows me to enable disable prx withing PSP?

The recovery menu. If you don't know how to access it, press select, navigate to the 'recovery menu' bit and press x to enter. From here select plugibs. You can use X to enable and disable, and r/l to navigate through the pages. To exit just press the circle button, and then select exit recovery menu.
