Hm, removing the coldboot sound shouldn't be a problem, but I don't know about an easy way to delete the sound from the gameboot.
Converting the .pmf file to .avi, remove the audio track and then create a new gameboot is probably the only way. (but yeah, that's definitely not an easy way)

Thanks for starting this thread, guys! I found some awesome CTF themes I didn't know existed
e.g. Windows 8, etc. They look awesome!

I like the Windows Metro UI theme, I use the same UI on my Android mobile phone but PSP theme's arrow causing me confuse which tile its pointing. I was wondering what was in his mind when placing that arrow that way
It has to be in the middle and pointing upwards. Never get used to it that way.

Guys one last thing I would like to ask. My psp logo is missing from my psp gameboot. I am running 6.60. I know i am missing tex_psp_logo in my opening_plugin and sadly I didn't make a backup. Any help?

I have enabled the cxmb.prx and loads of themes in the theme folder and I have reset the VHS and there are no themes accept the stock ones.

Have you installed the custom theme (theme.ctf) in the theme settings in VSH?

Have you written the below to your VSH.TXT?
ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1
0 = disabled/off
1 = enabled/on
