Ive always followed up with the scene but only recently created a /Talk account.
Ive had this custom theme since i first installed 6.39-PRO-C. I made it from a pre-existing version of ClearXMBBlack but i wanted white text and a background wave from another theme. The outcome came out really nice so i wanted to share it with you guys.

Converted to 6.20 and 6.60 and 6.61(Unconfirmed to work on 6.20 and 6.61. Works on 6.60 psp and Vita TN-V!)
