CTFTool doesn't look right on Windows 7
For some reason whenever I run ctftool it looks like this. Anyone else having this issue?
Black PSP 1001 - 6.60 ME-2 & 6.60 PRO-C2
Black PS Vita 1001- 3.60 w/ HENkaku
Black PS3 CECH-4001C - Latest OFW

That's the exact version I have. Yet it still looks messed up when I run it...

You can try this one:

If not, you can try changing compatibility settings and it may fix it

I've tried every single option in the compatibility tab in windows 7 and nothing works...
EDIT: Is there a prerequisite? I know some programs require a certain version of the .NET framework or a certain C++ or JAVA redistributable pack in order for the GUI to look right. Is that the case with CTFTool? Does anyone know?
