I want covert a flashable theme to ctf format
Can anyone help

Use CTFTool_GUI v5 beta 2. You'll need to mess around with the theme because converting themes isn't always 100% accurate and you might get funny icons or stuff that is not meant to be in certain places, ect, ect.

No, sorry I can't. Requesting people to do stuff for you is against the rules and even if I could do it, I don't have the time. Just read some tutorials.

yup CTFTOOL is all you need
Right Click the folder of the Theme you want to create with your mouse
you'll see a CTFtool Menu
and you'll see Pack "Folder name" to ctf or Pack "Folder name" to ctf and send to psp
