Which will never happen as PatPat lost all the sources to CTFtool, and I think he said he's not going to work on it anymore because of that reason.

On-topic: I'm not sure if other people have experienced this but when I exit USB mode the PSP freezes and shuts down. :?
Patpat's laptop & psp got stolen IIRC that's why he said he won't be able to update the CTFTool as for the freeze it won't freeze on me once i exit back BUT it will freeze if i go to photo, music, video then select memory stick.
Yup, that's right. ;)

Also I would say the image editing software is a big factor because if your using something basic the images come out choppy and blurry/muddy which makes the theme look like ***. I really like G.I.M.P. it's a little tricky at first but once you find your way around the program it does exactly what you need it to do :P

For me, I just like wall papers. Sometimes, custom icons really annoy me ;/

EDIT: You don't have to man, I don't have a PSP now, so it wouldn't be much use (to me). Wallpapers also suck on the vita because it delete its and reappears when you swap livearea screens :x

I would LOVE THAT! That would be useful! Could you take my JeoWay Avatar and create a wall paper from it?
