You should contact Mr. Shizzy. He was the theme king back in the day with apps like Psp Wardrobe and others...

^This. My favorite of his is PS3Style+. That Punch-Out! one is dope too. So many good ones. He's very creative and knows his stuff. Rob S. is the same. I'd also recommend contacting him as well.
