[Conversion] UltimateClearBlack v3 for 6.60

So, incase you don't know, I'm a BIG fan of the ClearXMB Black/Ultimate Clear Black themes. These are my favorite , mainly because they are clear beautiful themes. So, for a while now I was looking for Ultimate Clear Black v3 for 6.60 but no luck. So I took this theme with mah bare hands ( ) and I converted it to 6.60 (succefully, on first try :O) Anyways enjoy
