Good Ideas for New Theme [REQUEST]

I give some ideas (I want this theme) for a smart user to make it :
- Custom Wave (especially RainBOW)
- CUstom key tone sounds
- Jumping icons (those moving icons left corner up)
- 3D Animations, not icons !!!
- PLAYSTATION GAMEBOOT (LARGE ORIGINAL ICONS, OR RAINBOW PS GAMEBOOT)
- ANY COLDBOOT/OPENING PSP

Hope someone will make this theme
I think me and all users will like this theme !
