Nevermind, I simply took a snapshot with the prxshot plugin to get the wallpaper.
Although I have to do a little trick of entering and exiting the PSN store (anything that disables icon, clock, etc. works fine too) to get a clear wallpaper. You have to be quick though!

This is the post I made regarding extraction and decompression of RCO/PTF files. The programs I used are Resurssiklunssi and a Lua interpreter. It's a three step process to get the raw file(s) that you want. Using a Lua interpreter I extracted the inflated/compressed file and merged it to a fake RCO file and put it where the tables should be. I ran it through Resurssiklunssi, then I used the Lua interpreter and extracted the decompressed file.

Quite genious, i used a different way to get my decrypted theme... but your way is less ''evil'' XD
