Hello all,

This is my second submission for the Genesis Competition!

I will quote the readme:
SHELL Plugins Pack v1
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
By Arnold
For npt's PSP Genesis Competition.
This a small package of two basic but useful plugins. These demonstrate the basics of the SHELL SDK system. These plugins may be updated or expanded in the future.
These can ONLY be used in SHELL.
1. USBPlugin4SHELL - Install to ms0:/SHELL
- Press L + R + TRIANGLE to enable or disable USB connectivity with the computer.
2. PowerPlugin4SHELL - Install powerplugin.prx and power.prx to ms0:/SHELL
- Displays useful power information of your PSP.
To INSTALL:
1. Copy the plugins to the specified locations.
2. Add the lines:
ms0:/SHELL/usbplugin.prx 1
ms0:/SHELL/powerplugin.prx 1
to ms0:/SHELL/plugins.txt
Enjoy!
This is an extension to SHELL so to use it, you must have SHELL installed.
SHELL can be downloaded at viewtopic.php?f=26&t=5794.
I hope you like this entry like the other one too! :D
Of course, here's the download: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?218kn194xq7cg8s
Regards,
Arnold
I am not sure if this will be accepted as a release, Since it's plugins for your homebrew ( which is very impressive indeed , and like the ambitious vision you have ). As plugins for the competition are for the PSP itself. I would think you should include this on your existing thread. However I did try those plugins out :D the power plugin works and displays some statistics of the PSP, However the USB plugin seem to not work for me as, seeing [USB ACTIVATED] doesn't make it appear on the computer.
It follows all the rules. It's PSP, it's MIPS.
If developers are allowed to enter seplugins, why not shellplugins?
Other developers are allowed to enter plugins for SHELL as well.
Well, we expect homebrews to be "standalone", and arguably, seplugins are standalone because most people have a CFW installed. These plugins clearly require SHELL which is not mainstream yet. But oh well, npt accepted this entry, so I won't try to be nit-picking on this one :)
