Whats up with the weird temperature values on psp gos? All homebrews shows the same thing. Does the psp go have a temperature sensor at all?

:oops: No,We dont even have a real Battery Sensor..
We only get 100%,90%,60%,30%,12%,4%!

Im testing the time part of it right now,it pretty much had it right when the screen shot was done.
just under full ,3 hours 40 min.
if only this could be added to a plug in,So far for time its the only one that has ever come close.
Nice entry

i know right, it's so unfair. We PSP Go users, also doesn't have the Battery Information function like the older PSPs. So is this plugin accurate or more specific?

@RUSTII: It's really impressive how you maintain your battery in temperatures well below absolute zero. (Who needs silly laws of nature anyway? :P )

Joke aside. The author doesn't need to add any model specific hacks... Just:

#define SCE_ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED 0x80000004

and check if the function returns that, and you know there's no temperature sensor on that model, be that a PSP Go or whatever.

Weird return values that begin with 80 in hex is usually errors. It's a tell-tale sign.

PS. Measuring battery accurately is more tricky than it sounds. Perhaps the PSP Go is simply more honest about it? Even if it gave you a measure down to the percent it would probably be off by more than a percent so what's the point?
