Great work some1!

I've got a PSP3000 OFW6.38 but I don't know whick module it has. Is there any way to find out? All I found in the box was that It was packaged in 2008. Hope it's not 07g or 09g so I can make use of the downgrader :D

will it work on psp 3000?
One does not simply follw the piracy rules of /talk!

Some people here just says they buy the game for their psp but they really download it off the net.

how do i know if my brothers psp is 4g 3g or 9g?

usually u would use pspident. but if u didn't use it prior to updating to 6.38 then im not too sure. XD
a good start would be telling us what firmware the psp came with. see if your brother remembers. :)
if it came with 5.70 ur all good. :)
PSP 3002 - 4.20 → 5.51 → 6.20 → TN-A → TN-B → TN-C → 5.03 → GEN-C prome-4 → 6.20 → TN-C → TN-D → 6.35 → PRO-B2 → PRO-B3 → 6.20 → PRO-B4 → PRO-B5 → PRO-B6 → PRO-B7 → PRO-B8 → PRO-B9 → PRO-B10

my brothers date code is 8D
and the serial number is AC2833277
One does not simply follw the piracy rules of /talk!

Some people here just says they buy the game for their psp but they really download it off the net.

Almost all, remember 07-09g still can't downgrade yet but hopefully soon. They still got HBL/Signed Homebrew to hold them over.

DC: 8D = It's an 03g unit, which means he can downgrade to 6.20.

2008, That's a very first 3000 unit, an 03g, since 04g+ started around Late 2009/Early 2010 I believe.

Which datacode has 9g, because I want downgrade my friend's PSP and I forget his datacode.
PSP 3004 3g | PRO CFW 6.20 Perma patch
PS Vita PCH-1104, Datacode 2A | Mad Blocker Alpha: ROTF TN-B 1.81
