OK I just updated to 6.38 and downgraded to 6.20 (for the fifth time) using this downgrader and guess what happened.....
IT WORKED!!! Nice job.

OMG It works! you are now my favorite developer :P When I had to reboot i got a bsod but all i had to do is restore defult settings.
