pergame_edit is not plugin.
It can edit pergame.txt. (pergame.txt is configuration file of pergame)
pergame is here. http://code.google.com/p/pergame/downloads/list

Install of pergame_edit is very easy.
1, Copy the "pergame_edit" folder to /PSP/GAME.
2, Launch pergame_edit in XMB.

For more infomation, please read the readme.txt.
