1) Take the folder CFW Upgrader v 2.0
2) Put the folder in PSP/GAME
3) Start the HB and follow the instructions

Yes, please follow the rules of the competition and include the splash screen. We are not crazy, we allow plugins to simply put a jpg in the .zip or .rar distribution, but please include the splash. It's just one small thing so that we can give the sponsors back something, and, in my humble opinion.. shows scene unity.
