I Dont understand...
I only have the eboot from the alpha3
y need any other files? I put the eboot.pbp in a folder called aloader in game, y have GCL and i dont see the isos in the xmb, but the hen works fine

Alpha3 works with PSP Go!

No Game Categories, and i can see my isos! (All in internal storage)

But after starting freezes the psp at the gameboot...

you have your isos in ms0:/ISO/ ?
without config-file, the isos will show in the category "uncategorized". When you have a file "hide_uncategorized.txt" in your seplugins-folder this category (and your isos) is hidden.

OK now i'm using:

aLoader Xtended v-apha3 +
game catergories (i do see them now) +
aLoader folder inside plugins +
aloader.conf inside aLoader folder +
aloader.conf inside seplugins (just in case if needed to read from one place or the other)

The isos show up in place, the launch and i see a red screen while launching Parasite Eve 3rd Birthday (i always saw it) but after that black screen & nothing happens and the psp crashes...

BUT! works if i launch MGS: Peace Walker (that never showd redscreen if i'm not wrong)

works with kingdom hearts too and i'm guessing every other game that needed no patch from PIL

aLoader2 alpha3: This is even worse. It does neither work on PSP 1000 nor on PSPgo. When starting an ISO on PSP 1000 it shows a black screen and crashes. On PSPgo it instantly crashes when pressing the X-button on an ISO (no M2 card used).
I tried this with and without GameCategories and with and without aloader.conf in ms0:/SEPLUGINS/aLoader/. At least it doesn't crash the installer on PSPgo anymore . Awaiting improvements...

Well... that's why this is an ALPHA and not a release version or even a beta test... alpha timez! you most provably are doing something wrong, alpha 1 and 2 where not working properly in some devices but alpha3 has been tested on if i'm not mistaken psp 1000 , 3004 (mine) + game catergories, and another used stated that worked with PSP-GO.

Tell us how do you have your aLoader.conf file + where are you placing all the stuff in your MS or Internal and wich plugins do you have enabled and all of that stuff

And trust me, ardi never gave us a single thing to test that were worst than the others before in fact it's actually the one of the only devs arround here (DriDri too) who actually cared about our opinions and made changes in his stuff to fit our needs at the moment... its like if i ask him to change the eboot background to a hot chick... he will provably say... why not? and alpha v4 will be osomly hott! xDD
