Did you get a message about the ms0:/seplugins/music_conf.txt file? Press X when you see that message, and the plug-in should work.

yes it work now for tn e. but it not working with pro b5. i think the problem is the music.prx

TN-E must have a working PRX loader then. The music player function isn't exactly OFW-friendly, so use TN-E if you want music.
