Ok for multiple reasons this is getting locked.. seems we have an argument as to whether this worst of all could be someone else's work without permission just modded a little (in the rules a no-no) and it also seems we have the original author saying he isn't getting credit (though I don't read spanish and haven't run through a translator yet) I am still locking until I talk to the judges..

Edit: Ok I re-read and this is disqualified as chiri_13, the original author before the mod, does NOT give permission for it to be entered in the competition. As a sidenote for other no-no's for future entrants, even if this wasn't someone else's work, if one of the other posters in the thread is correct and it was posted eslewhere first without a MAJOR update it would not be ok either. Still, by FAR the reason this is disqualified is we have the original author in the thread saying he does NOT give permission for this mod to participate in the compo. So, there you have it folks. If, by somehow insanely crazy reason I do not understand this is a mixup please to the entrant pm me or any of the judges and we can talk. Make to to incude me on the pm if you send this to one of the judges though, this one I ABSOLUTELY will be weighing in heavily on, ie I can't see any justificiation for leaving this in the competition.
