Err...some details, maybe?
I think that he want to say that he need some app to translate XMB directly in XMB, without using PC. :D

BTW Draan thanks for this great homebrew!! I am translating XMB for 6 hours now :D I think that I will finish this in about 3-4 days

This is great, but I am stuck, does the .prx file do into seplugins too, and if so do i have to modify my vsh.txt. I tried putting the .prx file and .dat file in but it did not work. Any suggestions.

Modifying the XMB words directly from the PSP instead of doing it on the computer, for example via a homebrew.(It's just a suggestion :) )

Here you are slightly fixed polish version: http://w331.wrzuta.pl/plik/13OnPBQMKJ8/strings_pl. If enybody doesn`t understand this site, "?ci?gnij plik" is the same thing as "Download file". And thank you again for your work from Poland!
And I`m sorry for my mistakes, I`m not very good in english.

I think you are on 6.35 it doesn't work with it but if you are not check in your vsh.txt if you have written Z in localizer I first accidentally wrote c instead of it and id didn't worked ;)

One more thing fixed in polish translation: http://w232.wrzuta.pl/plik/07ST7Pf39d4/strings_pl. Press '?ci?gnij plik' to download.
Thanks for you work.
Edit.
I checked this plugin on 5.03 Prome-3(v4), 5.50 Prome-4 and 6.20 TN-C (HEN) and it works well.

Sony's font doesn't include characters you want to type in, and they are replaced with "_". You'd need to use custom font.
