Just edited my menu with standard notepad. Everything is fine, except some homebrews have no names.

I just showed how I renamed my menu with this plugin.
And the questions is: some homebrews have no names because I used notepad and not notepad++?

maybe some strings are not translated becouse of your hen. I got this with tn-e so i use tn-d if i want the full xmb to be translated.
Homebrews are game/apps like lamecraft or wagic. Did you try an other strings? I cann´t see anything in your video which is not "translated"

It's not this plugin. With OFW these homebrews have also no names. I just noticed this.

I want to rename "Games" to "Let's play!"
I tried so:
'Let's play!' (seen as Let)
and so:
'Let"'"s play!' (seen as Let')

any suggestion?

did you try ´ not ' or ^°
'Let´s play!'

if it doesn´t work
let us
or let me
or let xs

if you only want to use ' then it maybe does work with ZeroVSH Patcher

do you share your strings?

You are genius! Let`s play! and Let´s play! works. What do you mean under "sharing strings"? strings.txt?
