On PRO, the flash is only protected through USB. It doesn't block all access from everywhere

I have no idea....
I only thought that the new big changes from v1.3 (which work perfectly) to v1.4 was the access to flash0. So I disabled it and tried it and it happens that the manager works.
By the way I used also PSPFiler v6.6 that gives you the access to flash0 and it didn't crash the psp although the protection of flash0 is enabled.
So maybe it's some small bug in your manager?

If it can't access flash0:/ it *should* alert you and say that you need to disable flash protection. It will also remove the "flash0:/" location from the "LoadFrom" option.

I have no idea if it will work or not because I don't have TN firmware...

What firmware are you on (both PSPs)? I don't have a GO but on my 1, 2, and 3k PSPs it works fine (5.00M33, 5.50GEN-D, and 6.20PRO-B4).

And what exactly causes the crash? Just pressing [R] enough to get to the config screen?

My PSP GO firmware is 6.20 TN-D and my PSP SLIM 2000 6.35 pro-b4.
But it works perfect now on my PSP GO since i disable flash0 protection on tn-d like drxl said.
and also the crash was cause by pressing R like you said to get to config.

On my psp go it crashes while trying to enter config, but on my psp slim it is fine.

Same problem on a psp 3004 with tn-d.
I think the crash is caused by the fact of using tn-d. Because you added the access to flash0, but tn-d has the function to protect flash0, so if it's enabled this causes the crash.
In fact I disabled it and the manager works.

Tried it. I don't know what kind of magic you did but now the manager works perfectly.
I noticed that it didn't warn me about the access to flash0 so I tried the function "LoadFrom flash0" and it seems that I can access flash0 too....(with flash0 protection enabled).
So in the end I think it was some small bug that you corrected in this version( consciously or not )

Ok then...

I make so many small changes that It's hard to keep up with them all. I'll leave in the check, though. Just in case.
