Can i release my updated PSPBriscola?

First of all, sorry for my bad english but i'm italian.
I read the competition's rules and i would ask to the jugdges if i can submit my updated PSPBriscola.

Small description
----------
PSPBriscola is a port of the original italian card game called Briscola. It is completely customizable (Background,Music,Deck to use) and, in the current release, you can play Single Player 1 VS 1 Matches and Local Multiplayer 1 VS 1 Matches.

This is the new version's changelog:

- Added "Espanol" into available languages
- Added animations to the rectangle that represents selected card during a match
- Added "Tuscan Set" into available decks
- Added "Simplicity Theme" into available musics
- Added "Funny Theme" into available musics
- Added possibility to load a custom music (with a filebrowser) (Formats: MP3)
- Added possibility to load a custom background (with a filebrowser) (Formats: PNG,JPG)
- Added different difficulty for the matches
- Added "Easy" into available difficulties
- Added "Normal" into available difficulties
- Added "Hard" into available difficulties
- Added possibility to update homebew with your PSP (Via WiFi)
- Added possibility to auto update homebrew when homebrew starts
- Added screen "Match Details" for Local Multiplayer and Single Player matches visible into Pause Menu
- Adapted Tutorial to be compatible with Fix Poker (If it is enabled)

I´m not a mod or anything in that way. If you have a update post it @ the submissions ^^
btw it doesn´t start with hbl or signed version doesn´t work for me to (EasyPBPRX_1.0.0.3)

PSP_FW_VERSION = 600 ..

he does it to make pspsych working with ofw

Coldbird and Virtuos Flames joined to the Genesis Competition witht the CF PRO B-4 and it was an upgrade of CF PRO .
I think that the answer is : YES

P.S : scrivo in italiano, perchè anche tu sei italiano . Ho provato PSPBriscola e lo ho trovato molto bello .
Buona fortuna con la Genesis Competion; sarebbe davvero bello avere come vincitore un coder italiano

Anyway, looking at the changelog for me the new version of PSPBriscola is a significant update and there are many news.
