Your license is up to you.
If you want to include source you can. If you don't want to you don't have to.
But if you want my personal opinion: please don't make a license that only allows educational use of your homebrew. Those licenses annoy me.
The reason that GPL, BSD, CC licences are popular, is that users of your homebrew need to learn just a few licenses and then instantly know what they can do with thousands of games, images, songs, etc.
