I used as resources for my copyrighted maps (Zaap, monster, house, land) sprites are by me and everything else too so I can participate ?

If you get the authors permission and respect all the other rules, you should be able to participate! But, don't take my word on it, take a Judge's word. They could say, "Copyright? We don't care if you steal someone else's work, as long as we get our homebrew! " In other words, take only the judge's advice and ignore everyone else's opinions on this subject. Even, if they are completely right.

You must take care by yourself of the legality of your homebrew. To say it very honestly, if you don't talk about your sprites/gfx/sounds and how you got it, there's a "chance" we (the judges) don't notice they are not owned by you. If we notice, however, we can't accept your entry.

I don't know if that answers your question. Basically, if you tell us you have the authorization to use these gfx, we will trust you unless it is clear that it's not the case... In your case, you said a bit too much already, it seems you are using content that you shouldn't? Anyways, it's more your call than ours, really.
