Can I change the image of the splash, adding all the sponsors, but rendering the splah uniform of graphic of my homebrew?

no, afaik the official splash screen must be used and it cannot be modified.

Ultimakillz is correct, you have to use the official version of the splash screen. Until may 15th, you just want to use the current version when you submit something, but for the FINAL SUBMISSION, make ASBOLUTELY SURE you have updated it to the final version of the spash, as with new sponsors, etc we have to keep up to date. : )

Is it alright if one shows the splash and then, it fades to black or some other special effect? Does it matter if I show the splash screen once a user starts a new game instead of every time the game is loaded?
