id love to see a text based or even openrpg style dungeons and dragons or horror style adventure game:D where the game auto deducts health and you can carry interactive items around with you etc etc.

What I always wanted is a simple plugin that will put your PSP into sleep mode after a period of time after you pressed the last button.
IRShell can do this, but I can't use any plugins with IRShell...

a SWF player would be great. with WI-FI. to watch Newgrounds. just like the old swf player. but a new version that would be awesome. more than 1mb flash file. with great sound.

how about a temporary plugin-applier for those PSP 2ks (TA-083 (?)) and up (3k and Go). Something like a mini-HEN, in which the only thing you can do is enable plugins
.

I personally love to see something like Devil May Cry.Yeah..i know it's impossible but...who knows we now have truly functional Minecraft for the PSP so still praying for something like that.

I have found an older HB that lets you transfer through wifi but it uses the PSP like an FPS and that's not really what I'm looking for (it also has terrible slow transfer rates, again something that I'm not sure could be fixed)
I planned a plugin for my shell, Xplora, that do this (obliviously integrated and that can be runned in background while doing somethings else like some other plugins), but I've not a lot of time.
