Then, go out and make something yourself instead of, criticizing others. Anyway, it is almost a month left for the compo. Anything could pop up. heck, a month passes, we could all be playing a very well done, online multiplayer FPS game thats on the same level of fun as CoD:Blk Ops. Who knows?karkinissan wrote:TBH, Homebrews that are appearing in this competition aren't awe-ing me. Disappointing

A code editor like Notepad + +, with a qwerty keyboard for editing Lua codes when I'm away from PC;
a port of TES: Daggerfall would be nice too

Just daydreaming here but...
A 3D MMORPG which plays similiar to .hack//GU on PS2.
Honestly I'm a big fan of the MMORPG franchise, however not a big fan of the mainstream MMOs out there... I'm more of a gamepad player than a keyboard player...
Which is why I'm more into Final Fantasy 11 and 14...

You might want to try PSPWrite by ZX-81. It works on 6.20 TN B not too sure about PRO though. It does not have QWERTY but as the same keyboard that Danzel had in his AFKIMSoDi0 wrote:A code editor like Notepad + +, with a qwerty keyboard for editing Lua codes when I'm away from PC;![]()

i have some ideas:
1st: a plugin that allows us to store info into the PSP Go's slide screen calendar (like a note) with the specific day marked as the birthday but with a diferent color(pm me if you want more info on this idea)
2nd: a text editor like a notepad that can save documents in txt format----would use it to write down whathever comes to my mind
3rd: as i already referred,a "Laser Age" port for PSP

4th:Low baterry warning sound for PSP Go(plugin)
and many more ideas....
My Systems:
PSP GO OFW 6.60
PS Vita PCH-1004 : 3.60
PS Vita PCH-1101 : 1.50
PS3 OFW 4.25(dead)

Yes go make something yourself. Homebrews aren't that easy to make, especially quality ones.karkinissan wrote:TBH, Homebrews that are appearing in this competition aren't awe-ing me. Disappointing
Anyways, The best homebrews are probably all gonna pop in at the end because they take the most time. I am biting down to the bit with my homebrew. I don't think I can implement all the features I have planned before the deadline. I guess an alpha is the most I will be able to get out, if that.
Re: What kind of homebrew would you like to see on Genesis.
The same. I'm working on an adventure game. Maybe with threeish dungeons. Hopefully story based, may take at least a couple hours to beat. Chances are pretty high it won't get done by the deadline, and if it does, it'll be RIGHT before the deadline.

Yep, I am in the same boat as you are. I want to release, so I tell everyone the release date is May 15th. I am going to release right at the deadlineKasumi wrote:The same.
