It's never ever a good idea to make a website for something that hasn't even been made yet. Yet, you talk of dreams but, your actions rarely show you moving toward those dreams. You not having a PSP shouldn't be much of an excuse anyway. Find someone online with a PSP to test builds of your work. Get them to report bugs/problems to you and such.
