Missing ISO after CFW update

Post by Rageaholic2097 » Sat Apr 04, 2015 9:48 am

In preparation for the upcoming vita hack I decided to upgrade my PSP 1000 to a 6.60 CFW. It was on a 5.0 hack of some kind with a pandora battery and a magic memory card. I forget the exact detail, it's been a long time.

I updated to ofw 6.60 and then to CFW 6.60 Pro C fix 3 as per the guide on the wololo home.

Now about half of my backup iso are missing (including the one for the new exploit game). They are all still in the ISO folder but they don't all show up in my game menu.

Any ideas?

Are you sure that you updated to cfw, if you flashed ofw file you can see it in iso folder but psp can't ?

That is what's happening, I can see it in the folder via the PC but they aren't all showing up in the PSP menu. Where I am confused though is that some of them are showing up which is weird.

I'm wondering whether its an issue with the file names or something but I don't see any obvious pattern.

Don't quote me on this, but it may be the iso names/extensions. All of the iso's I have on my PSP have short file names, maybe 6 or 7 characters max), and their extension .ISO is written in all caps. I really don't know if this is necessary but this is how I have mine and they all work, could be worth a shot.
