Ps Vita Exploit help

Im new, been following this site for 2-3 weeks now . What I need help with is to understand some things. There is many guides about how to exploit your Ps Vita. But I dont get it. First time I was in was like 20 h after PSN store blocked the games Arcade Darts and some others.

There is new ways according to the site but I still need a "base game". Like in the guide viewtopic.php?f=58&t=41863

So. the question is. Can I do that Xana posted without a game like Arcade Darts?

No. You WILL need a game to exploit.

Patience is key here. Just wait for a new ninja release. It might not be coming soon, though.
