Is the PS Vita hacked yet?

Hey, guys. I'm a very old member of Wololo.net and was very active in the PSP's homebrew prime days. I havent been in the scene for almost 4 years now and was wondering if the PS Vita was finally hacked. Does it have Custom Firmware like 5.00M33-3? Could I change the PS Vita homescreen just like with the CFW themes with the PSP? Are the homebrews signed?If so, I'm gonna pick up a PS Vita. Thanks
