Can you transfer rom saves from psvita to pstv?

Alright so now that h-encore is out I'm starting to become more and more interested in a playstation tv. Before I buy it I wanna be sure I can switch saves from psvita to pstv. I know I can do that with Vita games with PlayStation plus but my question is with roms.
TL;DR is there any easy way to transfer emulated saves from Vita to pstv. For example if I have a GBA emulator in vhbl can I sync my saves from both console's? Or if I have a PSP game with adrenaline? I can't find any answers please let me know I would love the help.
