Is buying a PS Vita worth it in 2017
Or should i buy a Nintendo Switch.

The Vita has pretty much lost AAA support, and the switch will be obsolete in 6 months the rate which Nintendo makes new consoles.

I really want a GPD Win, I'd love to play skyrim on the go.

I just bought a vita not too long ago.....hacked vita=best decision made.

^^^I'm gonna have to agree with this, and even a pstv isn't a bad option if you want to mainly play games, and play on a big screen. They're cheap, and with the whitelist hack you can play quite a few games on it that wouldn't be playable otherwise. I personally have over 40 games for my pstv.

If you prefer mobile gaming while you're out and about then a vita handheld is best for you.
