Is there any PSP music plugin compatible with adrenalin ? I tried music.prx and mp3play.prx both didn't work and afaik vita's native ingame player don't work with it too.

i try it, but i think is not possible to do this now...
psvita music player don't work on adrenaline and plugin of psp don't work now...

What about ps1 games, is it possible to listen mp3 while playing both on vita and PSP ?

nope, i try with "poops" version of plug-in and don't work (in so much time freeze adrenaline)
