psp license problem

i ask to someone know about license file for psp qoz i cant connect to my psn account to download psp game use license i contact sony but no reply so pls help thanks. :(

Transfer the game from Ps3, that's the only way I know.

is it ok to transfer pkg psp format using cfw ps3 none cfw?

No, you need PS3 with OFW to access PSStore and download any PSP demo (Vita compatible). CFW will also work if you aren't afraid of ban.
