if your vita is 3.18 or below you can use pkg installer trick
I learnt with Killua's post at
viewtopic.php?f=65&t=43219
1-make sure you are using gmail in psvita and that your account in wololo is linked with the same gmail account
2-
http://www.wololo.net/talk/piu.php enter this link while logged in wololo and click "send"
3- install qcma -
https://github.com/xiannox/qcma/wiki
4- Right click on QCMA/Settings/Other, check "Offline mode" if not checked, an in "CMA Protocol selection" select Manual then select your version in "CMA Protocol version" (3.10 for 3.15 and 3.18 for example)
5-Download PKG at
https://mega.co.nz/#!XV0jSSrB!41d0KzWjw ... n0me1UnabU
6- Put the pkgs in the path indicated under QCMA settings/Folders/Packages and refresh database by right clicking on QCMA then "Refresh database". Connect vita on pc.
7- open your gmail in psvita and open the email you had sent you in the 2nd step. Just click on the blank spot and it will open package installer
8- installation will begin. As said in the link I sent, I think you dont need to update unity..I don't really know
