We are currently receiving a high volume of applications for the PSM Publisher License and the processing time may take longer than usual. Therefore, we would like to process someone who will realistically be able to submit his/her PSM application before May 31st.

If you have already developed PSM application, almost ready to submit it, and just waiting for PSM publisher license, please send us a screen shot of your PSM application. We will review it and put higher priority to process your PSM publisher license application.

A screen shot of what? Code in the SDK or a simulation of the "program" you're working on?

Would be easy to fake to be honest.

Just wait it out. We got 16 days til its done. I have a feeling if you got it in before the big push, like when it was first announced, I think its just a matter of waiting and maybe a few crossed fingers.

if you have 3 accounts that have been approved, maybe you can contact (@frtomtomdu80), @gabaas1 or @yifanlu) at twitter... maybe there is a solution for people like us that still havent been approved. hope you can sacrifice one account for us

I got one on each of my decks. I didn't do anything special I just applied and got it within 48 hours. I would sacrifice one but I would also have to sacrifice all my games and so forth. I have an account that I started myself, one I use game sharing with my brother and the one that came with my PS4 I bought used. I didn't just make dummy accounts to get them. All are established accounts for personal use that have been activated for a long time. Maybe its due to me being in North America as we seem to get the best of all that PSNhas to offer.
