Thats wierd i got the thank you message first, but then i got a email like a few hours later with a receipt saying psm cert, does that mean ive been accepted or is that just standard

You probably got it. I think time depends by the country, and what office takes the request and elaborates it. I'm in Italy, so it will take ages, as my country folks are well-known for being genetically time-wasters, and sony offices and his support works like sh....

ok so i guess they are giving out certs then, because i got a receipt just my account has not been updated yet.

Middle left of the page, to me it says "Your application for a PSM Publisher License is being reviewed. Please wait."

If you're accepted, then should probably see your infos and credentials

see it still says being reviewed but this is what i got.

It says certificate, but i'm not really sure about what it is... Receipt for sure, i got some, but to me specifies the name of the apps i downloaded.
