It is always safer to stay at lower firmwares for hacking purposes. For this particular bounty, i didn't put a firmware restriction as it is up to the dev. It might or might not work on the latest firmware.

Yeah, people never had problem staying on low fw for psp emu, but I would add that it should be possible to set it up on fresh vita with the firmware it works on
(no need for psn access , activated PSM dev license, or something that is not possible to do now if you didn't do it before)

i agree activated PSM dev license is a no go, but it might need PSN access if it is a game save exploit. This can be done without being on the latest fw via a PS3.

EDIT: as PSM is shutdown, i guess we don't need to put a rule about that.

Wow, looks like this seems to be going well so far. Sorry I'm not a 'donator' here, just a random lurker. I really do hope the vita does get some successful native development :)
