How to active your psvita without update system?

Hi all, Sr about dummies question but right now my system is in 3.01 but I don't want to upgrade it since I just restore my system and I need to log in again. Any idea or tutorial how to bypass upgrade your system to active the system?

Using PS3 and openCMA is the only way

I tried but it ask me to update my firmware in ps vita. I tried to do step 1 but still not work?? Anyone help?
Btw you mention open CMA it's for PC right? But I have to connect vita to ps3 right?

Can someone confirm this is still working today ?

I want to change acc at the weekend and activate the vita with the openCMA Ps3 trick.

Would be bad if I need to update the vita firmware, because sony fixed this.

It should work fine. It still works. Open CMA is for PC, the trick requires it. Yes, the guide tells you the steps necessary. You may need to enter airplane mode and/or reboot.
